Returns
For safety and hygiene reasons, we are not able to restock or resell our products once they have left our facility, and therefore cannot accept returns.
Your satisfaction is very important to us, and we truly believe you’ll love our products. However, if you’re not completely happy, please reach out to us. We’re committed to making your experience a positive one and will do our best to help.
Damaged Items
We take great care in packaging our products to ensure they are well-protected during transit. However, once a package leaves our facility, we can no longer control how it is handled during the shipping process.
If you receive an item that is damaged or broken upon arrival, please reach out to eva@thesalvylady.com. We’ll be happy to assist you and work toward a resolution.
